Richland County High School would like to thank The First National Bank in Olney for sponsoring One Tiger Nation t-shirts for all students, faculty, and staff. Mrs. Paula West and her Fashion Design and Apparel Class designed, printed, and distributed 850 t-shirts that will be worn to show OTN pride throughout the school year.
