The Honors Wind Ensemble of Richland County High School earned a Division I (Superior) Rating at the 2023 IHSA Organizational Contest at Salem, IL yesterday. The Honors Wind were also awarded the Best in Day out of the bands that performed in Salem on April 14-15.
