Today's Tiger Boys Tennis match at home against Flora is cancelled due to incoming weather. It is rescheduled for Thursday, May 2nd with a 4:00pm start time.


Today's Lady Tiger JV Softball game at Robinson has been cancelled and rescheduled for Tuesday, April 30th at 4:30pm.


RCHS had many students participate in the 2024 Olney Arts Council Show, which was held last week at Best Western. OTN students had some wonderful placings in the competition. Their work is currently on display outside the RCPAC. Congratulations students on all your hard work and successes!


GRIT Award winners for 4/16 - 4/22 are: Gavin Root - Boys Track, Rylan Hancock - Bass Fishing, Marissa McLaren - Softball, Brielle Seiler - Girls Track, James Hennis - Baseball, and Isaac Klingler - Boys Tennis (Not pictured: Abi Mitchell - Girls Soccer). The GRIT Award is awarded to an athlete that demonstrates hustle, teamwork, and dedication. This award isn't necessarily always the highest scorer or top performer, but one that shows drive and passion to make the team better!


OTN Athletics has a home event every day this week except Friday. Whether your favorite spring OTN sport is on the road or at home, fans have plenty of chances to catch their favorite in action this week!

Next week - April 22-26 - is Disability Acceptance Week! We will have dress up days and each day, somewhere in the school, a crayon will be hidden. Tiger Track's meet today at Mattoon has been moved up to a 3:30pm start due to incoming weather.


Juniors and Seniors - Tomorrow (Friday 4/19) is your LAST CHANCE to purchase prom and after prom tickets! They will be on sale before school, at the end of lunch, and at 2pm at the Front Entrance.
If you do not purchase a PROM ticket this week, you will have to find Mrs. Rusk and the price increases to $25 per person. You must purchase a ticket ahead of time - tickets will NOT be sold at the door the night of Prom! Also, Guest Forms are to be turned into the Main Office by Friday, April 19 as well!


Due to anticipated incoming weather this evening, RCHS is moving all home contests up today. Baseball, Softball and Girls Track (field events) will all begin at 3:30.


St. Joseph Catholic School found a black and grey backpack with a maroon Champion hoodie and a pair of Brooks running shoes inside. It was found by our outdoor basketball court. Please pick up at the main office of St. Joseph School.

The OIney Arts Council's Fine Art Showcase is happening now at the Best Western Event Facility. Exhibit hours are Tuesday, April 16 - Friday, April 19 from 11am-7pm and Saturday, April 20 from 11am-5pm. RCHS has students with pieces on display at this exhibit. Find time to come out and support these fine arts students!

RCHS would like to invite you to our first International Thespian Society Induction on April 27th at 5pm in the RCPAC. We will be inducting four 8th grade students as Junior Thespians, and ten high school students as Thespians. We hope to see you there when honoring these talented students!
