RCHS Agricultural Department's Mr. Steber was recognized as an Illinois 2023-2024 Golden Owl Award finalist for District 5. From September 1 - November 15, 2023, nominations were collected for the state's top agricultural teachers from local students, parents, fellow teachers and community members across Illinois (FFA, IAVAT, Nationwide). RCHS is incredibly proud of Mr. Steber and thankful for his years of dedication to the agricultural department and FFA!
