Richland County High School senior Rylee Bloomer has signed her letter of intent to play softball at Olney Central College next year.
Bloomer has been a standout athlete during her time at RCHS. In addition to softball, she has participated in Lady Tiger Volleyball, Lady Tiger Basketball, and Lady Tiger Track. She received many accolades during her senior volleyball season.
