RCHS Family and Consumer Sciences teacher Mrs. West was chosen as the Illinois 9th-12th grade category winner for the Smart/Maher VFW National Citizen Education Teacher Award. She was nominated by Olney Memorial VFW Post 4226. As a winner, Mrs. West will be recognized at the annual convention this June in Springfield. Additionally, her entry will move on to the national level for consideration as well. RCHS is proud of Mrs. West and her accomplishments!
