Mr. Julian is in his 22nd year in education.  He served previously in the following positions:
2011-2014 Assistant Principal/Principal of Edwards County High School in Albion, Illinois
2010-2011 Assistant Regional Superintendent for ROE #12
2008-2010 Principal of Lawrenceville High School in Lawrenceville, Illinois
1996-2008 Teacher, Coach, and Athletic Director at East Richland High School

Originally from Newburgh, Indiana, Mr. Julian graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a degree in Political Science and Social Science Secondary Education in 1996.  Since then, he has completed a Masters Degree in Educational Administration from Oakland City University.

Mr. Julian has a wife, Amy, who is a business teacher at RCHS.  They have two children, Gracie and Brooks.
